Daniel Dorado

After 20+ years in the restaurant industry, Dan Dorado has established himself as one of the leading chefs and culinary leaders in the United States. Working with organizations such as The Ian Schrager Company and China Grill Management, Dan has overseen teams of 100+ in executive roles both in and out of the kitchen. In 2018, he opened the critically acclaimed seafood restaurant Catch NYC and prior to that was the executive chef at ilili NYC for eight years, where he reinvented the taste and perception of middle eastern food in America. In 2019 he co-founded The Migrant Kitchen, which gave life to The Migrant Kitchen Initiative.
